Owner, co-founder, and active team member Jordan Ward started with an interest in home renovation and property management. During the completion of a home build, Jordan was approached by a neighbour to quote him for his landscape project. Driven by new opportunities and a desire for growth, Jordan welcomed the request and swiftly pivoted into the landscape industry.
During a few years of purchasing landscape material, Jordan identified an opportunity to refine the landscape supply industry. The core initiatives focused on an advanced product line, accurate organization, an upgrade to product presentation, exceptional levels of customer service, and a commitment to continued growth.
In 2021, we opened our Guelph location. Expanding amid a global pandemic comes with its own set of challenges. There's a fight for market share, the constant finesse required when procuring quality materials, building up and maintaining a unified team, working with the right suppliers, fostering partnerships, and creating new ones. With the operation of two locations and the development of all formal departments, Creative is now reaching the provincial market and beyond.
